oneJOURNEY DYNAMIC FLIGHT CONFIRMATION & ITINERARY PLATFORM
On each flight booking on our oneWURLD online booking platform, a dynamic itinerary is created for the agent or end customer to complete their trip with the ability to add ancillary products including hotels, cars, activities and transfers. You have the opportunity to be featured as one of only nine hotels for every flight booking to your destination.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Our aim is to not only help hotels drive business, build long lasting relationships with travel agencies and TMCs globally and provide market leading data; but we want to make it easy for you to work with us too!
We have a single annual membership fee to the hotel programme of USD $1,199 to include all rate channel distribution and your very own unique access to the dashboard and future data tool.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
We have also made working with us so simple. All you need to do is complete the Above & Beyond RFP in Lanyon/Cvent tool so that we can: • Capture all your information to pull your GDS rates through to the booking platform. Once we receive your RFP, we will provide you with rate loading instructions to load your rates and ensure all are visible from November 2022 through to 31 December 2023. • For Direct Connect rates, all we need from you is to complete the custom field in Lanyon and tell us who your preferred channel manager is – then sit back and we will do the rest! By completing the RFP in Lanyon and providing your channel manager information, we can ensure all of your rates across all channels will be ready and available for the programme launch. Don’t work with Lanyon? No problem, we can send you a simple RFP form to complete and send to us directly.
