Step 1. Use the Change button on My Trip Page

Step 2. Select if you want to change flight only, hotel only, or both

Step 3. Make a new search and complete the booking flow

Step 4. . Instead of Proceeding to Checkout you will have to Add to My Trip

Step 5. You will be able to compare the previous booking with the new search on My Trip Page. Once you click on Update Package, you will be directed to the Checkout Page to complete the Exchange

Step 6. From here you can also edit the Air Price and the Service Fee

Automatic Additional Collection Calculation

Manual Additional Collection Calculation

Step 1. Pax wants to change travel times only. Must be the same airline – cannot change airlines.

Step 2. After selecting the desired flights from the platform, pick the new flights in Sabre too

Step 1. Check original booking Price Quote

Step 2. Check Fare Rules on original Price Quote for each fare component

Step 3. Do availability search for new requested flights and hold seats

Step 3. Use WFRF to calculate the adcol for the new flights (select relevant segments only)

Step 4. Price new requested flights

Step 5. Calculate adcol:

(New Base Fare – Original Base Fare) + (New Taxes – Original Taxes) + Airline Penalty + $50 Caesars/SST Support fee = additional collection amount (per person)

Step 6. Final Step:

Once pax has paid in full, proceed with exchange in Sabre

Step 4. On the Platform, click on the Add to Trip and then it shows as added:

Step 5. Edit the flight price in the Searched Column to match the Sabre Adcol

Step 6. Invite the guest to the trip

Step 7. Inform the guest to follow the email link to review the itinerary, accept terms, and choose 'Update Booking' for additional payment

Step 8. Once payment is received, exchange the ticket in Sabre

In cases of a ‘REISSUE NOT ALLOWED’ error message when entering the WFRF command, review the Airline Fare Rules of the original ticket carefully. The ticket may not be able to be exchanged.

Delta will allow a reissue of basic economy airfares but will require a manual reissue.
